About Us
We are a registered charity providing holistic, compassionate support to people affected by stroke across Abergele, Pensarn, Kinmel Bay, Towyn and St. George.
We understand that stroke can affect every part of life - not just physical health, but emotional wellbeing, confidence and connection. Our aim is to create a safe, friendly space where people feel supported, understood and valued.
Our Objectives
Our objectives are to:
* Provide a regular, welcoming meeting place at Yr Hen Ysgol on Market Street in Abergele
* Offer clear, practical information to support life after stroke
* Organise social, inclusive, and enjoyable activities that reduce isolation and build confidence
* Raise funds to support and sustain the work of the charity
* Raise awareness of stroke within our local community
* Work in partnership with other local groups and organisations that share similar aims
Everything we do is guided by kindness, inclusion, and a belief that no one affected by stroke should feel alone.

We believe in empowering those affected by stroke to embrace their new normal, redefine their future, and make a positive impact on their world.
Our Mission
Our mission is to provide a supportive and inclusive environment for stroke survivors, helping them to rebuild their lives and regain their independence.

Our Vision
Our vision is a community where every stroke survivor receives the care, support, and resources they need to lead a fulfilling life.
